CardanoADA rose over 22% in a week A byss
Global economic uncertainty affects the cryptocurrency market, and Cardano (ADA) has shown significant volatility due to changes in investor sentiment. Despite a 22% gain this week, ADA is currently trading between $0.795 and $0.841, suggesting that large investors are accumulating after a profitable sale. Recent developments have increased Cardano's market position, including its inclusion in the Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund and integration with the Brave browser wallet system, which has connected more than 86 million users to ADA. The data shows an increase in institutional participation, with holders controlling between 100 million and 1 billion ADA and accumulating 40 million tokens. This whale activity coincides with a downtrend channel that has formed since the ADA peak, suggesting that the price may continue to move higher after short-term volatility. Technical analysis shows that the price range of ADA in 24 hours is 0.047 (5.9%), ranging from 0.795 to 0.841. A clear bullish trend was formed overall, until there was a lot of buying at the 0.805 support level, pushing the price to peak. This was followed by a corrective phase and selling pressure intensified, particularly at the 0.828 resistance level, especially at 08:00, when selling pressure surged to 90M unit volume. The lower highs that have formed since the peak suggest momentum may be weakening, although price has found support above 0.810, suggesting that price may continue to consolidate ahead of its next move. The ADA showed strong volatility in the last hour, rising to 0.827 (1.3%) from 13:06 to 13:33, and then falling to 0.809 (-1.5%) under strong selling pressure at 13:44. The formation of a double bottom in the support zone prompted a modest recovery, with the price stabilizing between 0.813 and 0.816 at noon on the last trading day. Volume analysis shows that more than 2.7 million units were traded during the correction phase, especially on the 13:44 candlestick, suggesting some institutional profit losses after the previous rally.
