Sui Overflow 2025 Hackathon officially launched, adding a Programmability storage track.
Deep Tide TechFlow news, on March 20, the Sui Overflow 2025 Hackathon officially kicked off, currently in the registration and global roadshow stage. With the Sui ecosystem's decentralized storage project Walrus Mainnet about to launch, the programmability storage track has become a new highlight of this Sui Global Hackathon, aiming to encourage developers to build innovative storage solutions and tools based on the Walrus network.
In addition, the other tracks of the hackathon include DeFi, infrastructure and tools, AI, cryptography, Degen, payments, entertainment and culture, multi-chain interoperability, or exploration of emerging application scenarios.
This competition will provide generous prizes, technical support, and potential incubation opportunities for the winning teams. The final list of winners will be announced at the end of May. Each track will select 4 teams, with the first place receiving a reward of 30,000 USD; the second place receiving a reward of 15,000 USD; the third place receiving a reward of 10,000 USD; and the fourth place receiving a reward of 7,500 USD. In addition, 10 university teams will stand out and each receive a reward of 2,500 USD, and the 10 most popular projects will be selected through community voting, each receiving a reward of 2,500 USD.
