The US Department of Justice has agreed not to immediately disclose the names of FBI agents involved in the investigation of the "Congress Hill Riot" case.

On February 8, Jinshi Data News learned that on February 7 local time, due to the progress of the litigation, the U.S. Department of Justice agreed not to immediately disclose the names of FBI agents involved in the investigation of the 'Capitol Hill riot' on January 6, 2021. The FBI is under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of Justice. Acting Deputy Attorney General Emil Bovey requested in a memorandum on January 31 that the FBI compile a list of investigators by noon on February 4. This has raised concerns about FBI employees being forced to resign.
