Shanghai Stock Exchange: Exempting Shanghai-listed companies from initial listing fees and annual listing fees for 2025
Jinshi data, December 27th, Shanghai Stock Exchange announced that it will waive the initial listing fees and annual listing fees for Shanghai-listed companies' existing and incremental listings in 2025. From July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026, the trading unit usage fee will be reduced from the original 45,000 yuan per trading unit per year to 30,000 yuan per trading unit per year, with the billing period, exemption policies, and calculation methods remaining unchanged.
