According to the Jin10 data on October 16th, Carrie Lam, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, announced today (16th) that the Housing Authority will allocate one additional lottery number to white-form youths under the age of 40 and individual applicants who apply to purchase Home Ownership Scheme (HOS) units starting from the next phase. Starting from the next phase of the white-form HOS Second Market Plan, an additional quota of 1,500 will be added, all of which will be allocated to youths under the age of 40 and individual applicants.
