Odaily Planet Daily News X (formerly Twitter) and Elon Musk are facing legal action once again. Three former Twitter executives, Sarah Personette, James Sullivan, and Dalana Brand, filed a lawsuit on September 6 in the Northern District of California Federal District Court, claiming they were improperly denied more than $53 million in severance pay. It is reported that the plaintiffs claimed that their responsibilities would be substantially and irreversibly changed after the ELON acquisition, so they resigned for just cause and should receive severance pay.
