The report released by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics on Thursday showed that the PPI rose by 0.9% compared to the previous month, while there was no change in June. The index increased by 3.3% compared to the same period last year. The indicator excluding food, energy, and trade services rose by 0.6% compared to June and increased by 2.8% compared to the same period last year.
