Jin10 data reported on August 4th that Nanwei Software announced that the company's controlling shareholder Wu Zhixiong and his concerted party Xu Chunmei collectively reduced their holdings in the company by 7.3482 million shares through centralized bidding and Block Trading from July 29, 2025, to August 1, 2025, accounting for 1.27% of the company's total share capital. After this reduction, Wu Zhixiong and his concerted party's total shareholding proportion decreased from 35.00% to 33.73%. This change in equity does not violate any commitments, intentions, or plans made, will not lead to changes in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller, and will not have a significant impact on the company's governance structure and ongoing operations.
