Jin10 reported on July 26 that, according to informed sources, LVMH is in talks to sell the fashion brand Marc Jacobs, with a transaction price potentially around $1 billion. The luxury goods giant has been discussing the deal with multiple parties, including Authentic, the owner of Reebok. Bluestar Alliance, the owner of Brookstone, and WHP Global, the parent company of Wang Weiwei, are also among the bidders. Informed sources said that if negotiations do not break down, an agreement could be reached soon.
