Jin10 reported on July 24 that Dongfang Caifu announced that shareholder Shen Yougen is inquiring to transfer 15,880.00 shares, accounting for 1.00% of the company's total share capital. This transfer will not reduce holdings through the Secondary Market and does not trigger an acquisition. After the transfer, Shen Yougen's shareholding ratio will decrease to 0.19%, but the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller will not change.
