On July 13, Jin10 reported that on the 12th local time, an Israeli official stated that the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) rejected the 60-day ceasefire agreement proposal put forward by the mediator Qatar, continuously creating obstacles, refusing to compromise, and undermining the negotiation process. The official said that if Hamas accepted this ceasefire agreement proposal, both sides could reach an agreement and continue negotiations to end the conflict during the 60-day ceasefire period, which aligns with Israel's operational objectives. The official also mentioned that the Israeli negotiation team went to Doha for negotiations based on Qatar's proposal, received sufficient authorization, and demonstrated flexibility during the negotiations. The Israeli side will continue to cooperate with the mediators Qatar and Egypt, and negotiations will continue.
